Mindra is a Turkish artificial-intelligence startup founded by Koç University students Zeynep Yorulmaz, İlker Yörü and Deniz Soylular to power the emerging “Agentic Economy.” The company builds an infrastructure layer for multi-agent systems, enabling autonomous AI agents to exchange information, access external APIs, and execute micro-transactions securely. Mindra’s platform manages data flow, transaction security, and cost allocation so that agents can make independent decisions such as pulling mapping data or initiating payments. With its technology, the team aims to become a foundational provider for next-generation autonomous digital ecosystems. Following investor interest, Mindra plans to continue R&D in Turkey while establishing a San Francisco operation to accelerate global expansion. The startup will use its recent funding to refine its product and run pilot projects with early-adopter enterprises. Mindra has so far attracted $1.2 million in outside capital and has not disclosed any revenue or user metrics.
