Mindsay provides a SaaS suite of conversational artificial intelligence software (chatbots and voicebots) to automate large-scale, multi-channel customer relations. Its assistants are available on websites, mobile apps and social platforms including Facebook, WhatsApp, WeChat, Alexa and Google Assistant. Founded in 2016 and led by CEO Guillaume Laporte, the company serves major brands across five countries and has answered 12 million messages for customers. Notable customers include IAG (British Airways, Iberia, Vueling), Groupe ADP, SNCF, RATP, Keolis, Thalys, CWT and Disney. The company plans to use the funds to expand operations and grow headcount from 40 to 120 in Paris, Madrid and the US over the next 18 months. It also intends to extend its offering into the retail sector.
