Mindtera builds an employee assistance program that combines an analytics dashboard and app with coaching and consultancy services. Its two products are Mindtera Pro, which collects employee feedback via assessments and anonymous or named surveys to generate real-time insights and visibility into intervention spending, and Mindtera Plus, which connects companies to internal and external certified consultants and curated partners for strategic programs and progress reports. The startup focuses on B2B customers (mid- to large enterprises) while offering a self-service platform for SMEs, with main sector customers in finance, consulting and retail and typical clients having more than 200 employees. Mindtera says it currently serves more than 10,000 employees in Indonesia. The company emphasizes real-time monitoring of engagement as a differentiator versus traditional EAPs and consulting agencies. It plans to use new funding to expand its B2B platform and aims to become Indonesia’s top employee assistance program platform.
