Mindtickle provides a sales readiness platform that uses continuous learning modules, simulated scenarios, structured coaching, quizzes, and gamification elements like points, badges, certifications, and leaderboards to surface knowledge gaps. The platform creates competency maps, automatically assigns training, tracks real-time engagement and readiness, and delivers personalized feedback to sales reps. Mindtickle currently has around 480 employees, says it is hiring aggressively, and expects to employ “well north” of 500 by year-end. The company will use the new funds to expand its sales enablement, revenue operations, and training teams. MindTickle builds a sales readiness platform that trains and upskills customer-facing teams through gamification, role-playing methods, and machine-learning-driven personalized remediations and reinforcements. The platform measures improvement in revenue metrics and offers feedback on calls; some customers have also adopted it for finance and HR use cases. More than 200 enterprises, including over 40 of the Fortune 500 and several Forbes Global 2000 firms (examples shared include MongoDB, Nutanix, Qualtrics, Square, and Merck & Co.), use the product. The company’s revenue grew by over 170% in the past year and it expects to end the year with annual recurring revenue of more than $30 million. Headquartered in Pune and San Francisco and employing about 400 people across the U.S., Europe, and India, MindTickle has seen a surge in usage during the coronavirus pandemic. The startup is developing new product features and plans to deploy the new funds to further grow in Europe and the U.S. MindTickle provides a comprehensive, data-driven solution for sales readiness and enablement designed to accelerate revenue growth and brand affinity. Its purpose-built applications, proven methodologies, and best practices support effective sales onboarding and ongoing readiness by assessing, diagnosing, and developing the knowledge, skills, and behaviors sellers need. The platform includes on-demand online training, bite-sized mobile updates, gamification-based learning, coaching, and role-play to drive world-class sales performance. Companies across a range of industries use MindTickle’s capabilities to improve seller effectiveness. The company is led by CEO Krishna Depura and lists senior revenue and regional sales leaders on its team. MindTickle intends to use the new funding to accelerate investment in expanding products and services. MindTickle provides a data-driven sales readiness platform offering a mobile, engaging experience for onboarding, micro-learning, skills development and coaching. The company serves customers including Symantec, Phillips, Micro Focus, DexCom, Ola, Cloudera and Nutanix. Led by co-founder and CEO Krishna Depura, MindTickle said it will use new funding to accelerate product innovation and global expansion. The company raised $27m in a Series B round, bringing total capital raised to $41.3m. Existing investors Accel Partners, New Enterprise Associates and Qualcomm Ventures participated in the round. In conjunction with the financing, Joydeep Bhattacharyya of Canaan Partners joined MindTickle’s board. MindTickle offers a SaaS-based sales enablement and readiness platform for onboarding, product training, coaching and ongoing readiness. The company was launched in August 2011 by Mohit Garg, Krishna Depura, Deepak Diwakar and Nishant Mungali. MindTickle serves enterprise customers including Olacabs, Nutanix, Cloudera, AppDynamics and Qualtrics. It operates out of Sunnyvale, California and Baner, Pune, India. In November 2015 MindTickle raised $12.5M in Series A funding and intends to use the capital to continue to expand operations.
