Miradore offers a cloud-based management suite that centralizes control and remote access for a wide range of end-user devices, including Windows, Linux, Mac OS X, Android, Symbian, iOS devices and retail POS terminals. The platform supports the entire device lifecycle—purchasing, installation, maintenance, replacement and retiring—aiming to eliminate much manual IT management work. Its management dashboard gives IT personnel visibility and reach across iPads, iPhones, other tablets and smartphones, laptops and desktops on the corporate network. Led by CEO Kristian Järnefelt, the company has positioned the product for broad, heterogeneous environments. Miradore recently closed a funding round and intends to use the capital to strengthen global sales. Board-level changes accompany the investment, with two investors joining the board.
