MisterFly is a Paris-based online travel agency that specializes in the sale of air tickets at special rates from hundreds of companies for thousands of destinations. Co-founded by Nicolas Brumelot and Carlos Da Silva, the company recently merged with H-Resa to expand its hotel-booking offering. Its core product is an online travel booking platform that aggregates discounted air fares and, via the H-Resa merger, hotel inventory. The company intends to use the funds to continue developing its platform and to expand operations. Management has set an ambition to reach €100m in revenue within its first year following the raise.
