Modulize provides a SaaS platform that supports the full offsite construction (OSC) process, including optimised and automated design, planning, procurement and delivery. Its software supports cost estimation and bidding, project planning, and building design itemisation; the first product—focused on cost estimation and bidding—is already deployed and available to users. The platform automates calculations from imported 2D drawings and 3D building models, rendering and analysing them to extract the information manufacturers need to price quotes. The company was founded in November 2020 and has a diverse team of 20+ with expertise in AI, SaaS and international business, working with clients across the Nordics and Europe. Modulize intends to use its seed funding to further develop its product and grow its organisation as it expands into other European markets.
