Modulos, founded in 2018 and based in Zurich, builds a comprehensive platform to automate governance, risk and compliance for AI projects. The solution is offered as SaaS, on‑premises or in private cloud and integrates MLOps, LLMOps and audit infrastructures. It uses autonomous AI agents to monitor, adapt and ensure compliance with evolving regulations such as the EU AI Act, the NIST AI RMF and ISO 42001, and supports multiple ISO/IEC standards. Modulos is the first platform certified to ISO 42001 and is designed to let data science teams work in their usual environments without sharing datasets or models. The company says its approach reduces governance burden while preparing organizations for audits. Modulos completed a pre-Series A financing to accelerate product development and commercial growth.
