Mojarto is an art discovery and buying platform that curates proprietary artwork and collectibles from galleries, artists, brands, stores and designers. Founded in December 2015 by Manisha Lath Gupta and Tara Roy, the site aggregates over 10,000 original and 5,000 digital works, plus about 1,000 jewellery and merchandised pieces. The platform has partnered with more than 55 galleries, around 35 brands and over 1,500 independent artists. It offers original art pieces, digital prints and exclusive auctioned works at accessible prices for first-time collectors. Mojarto is presented as India’s first organised platform for both buyers and sellers in the art market. The company is operated within NDTV’s e‑commerce portfolio alongside other online businesses run by the broadcaster.
