Moka offers a mobile app that turns Android and iOS devices into point-of-sale terminals and provides sales reporting, inventory management, table management and loyalty programs. The company says it works with about 12,500 retailers in Indonesia and charges from IDR 249,000 (≈$17) per month for its basic service. Moka reports nearly $1 billion in annual transaction volume from its retail partners. Management is positioning the product as a broader platform and ecosystem, opening integrations to third-party providers for accounting, payroll, HR and other SME services. It is expanding payment capabilities to support many local e‑wallets (OVO, T‑Cash, Akulaku, DANA, Kredivo) and has tied up with SME lenders to help merchants access loans, taking an undisclosed cut on successful referrals. The company raised new capital to fund these platform and payments initiatives and does not plan overseas expansion for at least the next 12 months.
