Monadnock Resources is a newly formed, Dallas, Texas-based independent oil and gas company targeting acquisition and development of oil and natural gas assets in North America. The company was formed to consider opportunities throughout select North American basins with an initial focus on the Permian Basin. Its management team is led by Matt Gentry (President and CEO), Adam Howard (Vice President of Engineering), David Williamson (Vice President of Geoscience) and Kelli Roach (Vice President and General Counsel). The team has technical and operational experience across several North American basins. Financially, Monadnock received a $100M equity investment to support its activities. The company will use the capital to pursue asset acquisition and development opportunities in its target basins.
