Monark offers a B2B platform that integrates private market investments and trading solutions directly into brokerage and wealth-management platforms, targeting mass-affluent investors. The company connects demand from retail and mass-affluent investors with issuers and alternative asset managers, and structures products suited to that segment. Monark operates a fully owned subsidiary, MMM Securities, a FINRA-member broker-dealer approved to offer private placements, retail mutual funds, and to operate an alternative trading system. In May 2023 Monark acquired the technology assets and IP of LEX Markets through an insolvency process.
