Led by Matt Hoffman (CEO) and Brian Karney, the company intends to target the open source market with its first products. Monarx closed a $3.4M seed round and plans to use the funds to continue expanding operations. In conjunction with the financing, Pelion Partner Carl Ledbetter joined Monarx’s board.
