Moneysoft offers an online personal money tool that brings together financial information from multiple banks to enable goal setting and planning. The company is one of BlueChilli’s startup and investment companies. It has pursued a two-phase development approach: the first phase is in beta testing and the final phase is being developed by BlueChilli for an early 2013 launch. Moneysoft closed its third round of funding after a 12-month offer, bringing total capital raised to $660,000 and setting a final valuation of $3.3 million. Each of the three rounds opened and closed within 6–8 weeks, which the company says demonstrates demand for the technology and its benefits to advisers and accountants. CEO Peter Malekas said completion of the raise is an achievement and emphasized the work ahead to ensure Australians will benefit from using Moneysoft.
