Mono Consultants is a Glasgow-based provider of end-to-end network support services for the UK mobile telecoms sector. The company offers acquisition and planning; design, build and rigging; integration and commissioning of radio equipment; site maintenance and decommissioning; and programme and project management. Led by CEO Brian Dougherty, Mono serves the UK’s leading network operators, network operators’ consolidation entities and major equipment vendors. The company received a £7m investment from Business Growth Fund and intends to use the capital for growth and development. BGF took a minority stake and has a board presence following the deal. Mono employs more than 200 people across eight locations in the UK and Ireland.
