Moprise is a Bellevue, Washington-based developer of mobile solutions designed to facilitate enterprise collaboration. The company unveiled Coaxion, an iPhone application that combines online and offline access to Microsoft SharePoint and Dropbox documents with instant-messaging group communication tools. Coaxion aims to enable real-time threaded conversations between co-workers, partners and customers from iPhones and will be available soon on iPad and Android. The app is designed to work regardless of the enterprise IT infrastructure. Moprise intends to use the newly raised funds to continue developing Coaxion and to expand sales and marketing initiatives. The company was founded in 2009 by Charles Stevens, Russell Williams and CEO David D’Souza.
