Av. Getúlio Vargas, 6300, Canoas, Rio Grande do Sul, 92020-172, Brazil
Overview
Mova Protocol builds and manages a proprietary network of electric vehicle charging stations (‘eletropostos’) while collecting and recording mobility telemetry on a blockchain ledger. The company’s platform is designed to serve both drivers and energy partners, offering real-time data, payments, and utilization analytics. With the fresh capital, Mova plans to expand first across Brazil’s Southern region and open up to 50 charging points nationwide by the end of 2026. Management targets reaching one million users before year-end and projects up to R$270 million (≈US$55 million) in annual revenue within five years. Since inception the startup has secured a cumulative US$5 million in funding. Earlier growth was catalyzed by a seed round that included digital-asset investors Gilberto Inacio Cardoso Neto and Ana Laura Cardoso Ferreira.
