Movebubble is planning to add the ability to actually rent properties through the app, which is on its immediate roadmap. Movebubble pairs renters with verified available properties and hides users' personal data from brokers. The app analyzes user behavior to surface relevant listings, lets users schedule viewings in-app, and claims to save an average of 20 hours of search per renter. Movebubble verifies each listing with agents and uses a combination of direct agent partnerships and manual vetting to reduce stale or unavailable listings. It operates a freemium model: free searching, viewing scheduling, and a small fee to secure a listing through the app. The company has attracted more than 1,500 sign-ups during six weeks of beta testing and targets first-time movers and international relocations for growth. Financially, Movebubble has raised £1.35m in angel and seed funding and says it plans to raise a Series A in the new year.
