Movewise operates a platform that helps vendors identify the best local estate agents to sell their property. The company says it has listed over £60 million of UK properties in the past year, with an 80% sales rate and an average time-to-sell of four months. Movewise was founded in 2018 and is led by CEO Tom Scarborough, who says the goal is to professionalise property sales and ensure sellers achieve the best price. The startup has raised funding to scale its offering and digitise property sales across estate agents in the UK. The latest capital will be used to build out the end-to-end nature of the proptech platform, with particular focus on the legal and landlord sectors.
