Mr Lee’s makes freeze-dried cup noodles in six flavours crafted from authentic Asian recipes, with vegetarian and vegan options. The products are certified gluten free, low in sugar, free from artificial preservatives and positioned as lower-calorie, lower-saturated-fat noodle options. Its range is sold in the UK, Ireland, France, Malta, Australia, the USA and onboard airlines and trainlines. Led by founder Damien Lee, the company is expanding internationally and has just launched in the US. Mr Lee’s plans to use new funding to grow international distribution, expand its e-commerce offering, accelerate its online presence, develop full-service hot noodle kiosk vending machines and launch a new instant Congee rice porridge. Financially, the company has raised a total of £6.5M across four Seedrs rounds to date, including the latest £1.75m round.
