MSInsight is a Paris-based startup developing diagnostic solutions to identify clinically relevant information in patients' DNA to predict treatment success, with a focus on detecting Microsatellite Instability (MSI). Its flagship product, MSIcare, is medical device software that integrates bioinformatics algorithms and AI models to interpret genomic data and improve detection of the MSI biomarker across different cancers. MSIcare has been clinically validated for diagnosing MSI from tumor tissue samples in various cancers. The company raised €1.6M in seed funding and intends to use the proceeds to finalize technological development, demonstrate performance across cancer types, and begin regulatory clinical validation for CE‑IVD marking.
