Mt. The concept emphasizes sustainable farming practices and locally sourced ingredients, with regenerative agriculture positioned as part of its mission to combat climate change. Founder and entrepreneur Robbie Cape partnered with food and farming professionals, including Seattle restaurateur and co-founder Ethan Stowell. The operation has integrated tech into the customer experience (for example, iPad ordering at the truck) and is evaluating future uses and locations for its truck now that the restaurant is open. Financially, Mt. Joy has raised $1.5 million to get the operation going. Cape’s background includes leadership at telehealth company 98point6 and co-founding the family app Cozi, which informs his approach to building the business.
