Mub Cargo operates an iOS and Android app that lets users submit transport requests with information such as weight, dimensions, images, pickup and delivery addresses, and dates. Users receive price proposals from partner carriers, choose a carrier, and can evaluate the overall experience. The platform currently makes over 300 carriers available. The company was launched in November 2016 and is led by CEO Carlos Palhares. Mub Cargo raised approximately €300k to support expansion efforts. The funds are intended to expand operations across Portugal and internationally.
