Multiplier Holdings acquires established, niche professional-services firms that retain their names and leadership while gaining long-term capital, shared infrastructure and custom AI tools. The company embeds a team of more than 30 technologists inside its firms to identify and build AI-driven workflows that reduce manual work and expand practitioner capacity. Multiplier is structured as a permanent holding company rather than a short-term acquirer, and founders and leadership teams remain with their firms after acquisition. To date it has acquired eight firms, completed five acquisitions in the past year, has four additional firms under signed term sheets, and serves clients in more than 10 countries. Leadership includes founder and CEO Noah Pepper and newly appointed President and CFO Allen Shim, the former Slack CFO. The company plans to use recent funding to continue firm acquisitions and to grow its technology and operating teams.
