Multitouch develops and commercializes large interactive multiuser displays and complementary software platforms for professional markets. Its screens target retail, advertising, exhibitions, museums, education and design. Products are sold directly and through a global partner network, and the company has clients in 40 countries. Founded in 2007 and led by CEO Petri Martikainen, Multitouch operates offices in New York and Santa Clara to support international customers. The company plans to expand sales and marketing and grow its international operations, particularly in the USA and Asia. It recently received a €2m financing to support these expansion efforts.
