Muppy is a technology-driven platform that integrates investment and professional management across the residential real estate value chain. It currently manages more than €150 million in assets and operates over 750 residential units in major Spanish metropolitan areas including Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Alicante and Málaga. The company aims to professionalize residential investment in a fragmented market by integrating sourcing, investment and asset management. Following the new investment from Mutua Madrileña, Muppy plans to accelerate geographic expansion and capture additional residential assets. It also intends to launch a 'Wealth' division to serve large patrimonies interested in investing in rental residential buildings. The firm’s stated medium-term target is to reach €400 million in assets under management within the next two years.
