Murf builds an AI-powered text-to-speech SaaS platform (Murf.ai) that lets users generate natural-sounding voiceovers, sync them with images/videos, and customize pitch, pause, emphasis and speed. The company offers a library of more than 120 human‑parity AI voices across 20 languages and supports diverse accents. Murf’s product targets individual creators, SMBs and enterprises for use cases including advertising, audiobooks, e-learning, explainers, podcasting and customer support. It monetizes via subscription plans and came out of beta in January 2021. The founders say the product has synthesized over one million voiceover projects and that the company has grown many‑fold in ARR since its seed round (the article cites 26x growth).
