MusicLens develops smart glasses for everyday use that can play music, make phone calls, receive FM radio signals and mine cryptocurrency. The lightest model weighs less than 40 grams and the company holds a patent for its original high-quality sound embedded system that lets users hear audio without in-ear speakers while keeping ambient sound audible to the wearer and inaudible to others. The glasses use smart touch controls and have wearing-recognition that pauses playback when removed. MusicLens has also developed a model that enables cryptocurrency mining by listening to music on the MusicLife platform. The product line is created by Kibey Culture, a studio of over 100 people with teams in Los Angeles, Hangzhou, Shanghai and Beijing. Financially, the company recently completed a seed financing round totaling $3 million.
