MVP Match operates a tech-talent marketplace that vets candidates using product and technology executives, technical challenges and personality interviews, then matches them with employers. The company also acts as an Employer of Record, handling recruitment, local office setup, onboarding and legal infrastructure so clients can permanently employ local talent without a physical presence. Founded in 2020 and based in Germany, MVP Match runs hubs in Lisbon and Tbilisi and recently launched a hub in Egypt to tap African talent.
