The MyRacehorse app lets users purchase fractional shares for as little as $100, follow trainer/jockey updates, and receive direct prize-money payouts. The platform reports more than 50,000 active owners, ~100 active horses, over 160 race wins and earnings in excess of $20 million. E2 securitizes racehorses under global securities regulations to serve both accredited and non-accredited investors and has expanded from the U.S. and Australia into the U.K. and Ireland. The company plans feature development including a move to the blockchain and the launch of a secondary market to enable trading and liquidity for shares. E2 and MyRacehorse are also active in Thoroughbred aftercare, donating to organizations and supporting retiree placements.
