MyKindaFuture works with multi-national businesses, SMEs, government bodies, public sector institutions and charities, and counts 65 employers among its clients, including BT, Burberry, Cisco, Deloitte, Dentsu Aegis and TCS. Puma Private Equity initially invested £2.75m in August 2019 to help develop the core product, and followed with further funding across 2020 and 2021. Total investment to date is £8.7m; management increased digital revenue 100% in 2020 versus the prior year despite COVID-19 challenges. The company plans to use the investment to support continued growth and to scale its offering across different recruitment specialisms.
