MyLand Company

4141 S 36th St Ste 150, Phoenix, Arizona, 85040, United States

Overview

MyLand provides a Soil-as-a-Service that delivers live, native microalgae directly into soil on a continuous basis to improve physical, chemical, and biological soil traits. Its service targets increases in soil organic matter, water holding capacity, soil aggregation, and carbon storage to produce healthier soil and crops. The company pairs a farmer-focused service with installed systems for large growers and is commercializing a regenerative agriculture process. Recent financing will fund expansion and strengthen innovation activities. MyLand plans to scale its footprint across California, Arizona, Texas, Florida, and the Pacific Northwest. Growers reported reduced fertilizer use, extended irrigation intervals, and improved plant growth after adopting the service, and the company says the closing leaves it in a strong financial position to fuel growth and commercialization. MyLand delivers a Soil-as-a-Service product via its Thrive Systems, which connect to growers' irrigation and continuously produce and deliver live, native microalgae into the soil. The microalgae are intended to rapidly improve the physical, chemical, and biological traits of soil, supporting regenerative and sustainable agriculture. The company announced a financing agreement with CSC Leasing to support deployment and scale field installations. The leasing facility will initially cover up to an additional 35,000 acres, with the possibility for significant additional expansion through the partnership. MyLand frames the CSC Leasing relationship as a key component of its financing strategy to expand its installed base and advance regenerative-agriculture adoption.
