MyLife Digital provides Consentric, a Software-as-a-Service personal data management platform that helps organizations reduce data misuse, enable new services based on data sharing, and put users in control. The Consentric platform generates trusted access to individual data and already has six million registered individuals. The company works with partners including the Salesforce ecosystem, Experian and the REaD Group. Led by Chairman Bruce Finnamore, MyLife Digital plans to use recent funding to accelerate its international rollout. The company’s current financial update reflects a combined equity and venture-debt financing to support expansion. MyLife Digital is a Corsham, UK-based data analytics company that operates two analytics practices, Wood for Trees and PGIR. Wood for Trees manages the data of millions of donors and supporters to provide insights to UK charities including British Red Cross and Dogs Trust, while PGIR provides performance analysis services to elite international and professional teams including the Rugby Football Union. The company is developing a digital data analytics platform to connect organizations and individuals and enable consensual sharing of personal and professional data. The platform is being built to be compliant with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) due to come into force in 2018. MyLife Digital intends to deploy the solution initially into the not-for-profit, sport, healthcare and government sectors to enable patients, donors, supporters and athletes to have open, mutually beneficial relationships based on informed consent. It recently raised £2m to accelerate the roll-out of its digital platform.
