Mynt Facilities Services (formerly ACS Cleaning) provides commercial cleaning services to businesses, shops, schools and restaurants across the Cheshire area. Founded in 1997 by CEO Mark Allen, the company has grown through acquisitions including Maid in Cheshire (2010) and Cresta Cleaning Services in St Helens. A recent acquisition expanded its expertise in deep cleaning of commercial and industrial kitchens and supported opening a head office in Liverpool. Clients include Chaophraya, British Transport Police, Tyco Ltd, Amalans Solicitors and Allied Irish Bank. The company intends to use newly raised capital to continue developing its services and to expand the business further. Management changes accompanying the funding include the appointments of Eugene Boyle as non-executive chairman and Jamie McGivern as finance director.
