MyoMaster was created by Joe Gray after he constructed a makeshift device in his kitchen to treat recurring Achilles tendonitis. Co-founder Lottie Whyte used her maternity leave to grow the business and help drive the idea forward. The company develops sports recovery devices focused on recovery and performance optimisation. It previously secured cash backing from Google's Black Founders Fund. Following an appearance on the BBC's Dragons' Den (episode aired 29 February), MyoMaster secured a £100,000 investment on the show. The founders say they plan to leverage Gary Neville's sporting connections and Sara Davies's business expertise to open doors for the next phase of growth.
