mypaperwork is a digital platform that streamlines residence and work-permit applications, launched commercially in April 2025 with the RWR+ Card Application Assistant. The product was created to help more than 80,000 Ukrainians in Austria apply for the RWR+ residence card and the platform has since expanded to cover the Red-White-Red Card, the EU Blue Card, and student visas. Early traction shows every application submitted by Ukrainians through the platform has been approved, a 100% success rate to date. The company positions itself as a data-driven, transparent backbone for migration infrastructure serving governments, employers, and migrants. With new funding, the team plans to expand capabilities and broaden the product offering, preparing for market entry into the Czech Republic in Q4 2025 and further European markets in 2026.
