Founded in 2023 by Arpita Kapoor and Mohit Rangaraju, Mysa positions itself as the financial operating system for Indian companies with ₹10 crore–₹300 crore in annual revenue. Its cloud platform plugs into legacy ERPs and connects with 15+ major banks to deliver AI-driven invoice capture, multi-bank current-account management, real-time reconciliations, and automated GST compliance. Within a year of public launch the company is processing more than ₹1,500 crore in annualized transaction volume and facilitating payments to over 40,000 unique bank accounts, while reporting near-zero customer churn. Current customers span quick commerce, manufacturing, and real estate brands such as Dhan, Wint Wealth, Swish, DrinkPrime, and Material Depot. With fresh capital, Mysa plans to deepen its AI automation stack and roll out UPI-linked expense management, a corporate credit card, and AI-enabled procurement tools. The company has raised a cumulative $6.2 million to date, comprising seed and Pre-Series A rounds.
