Nabr is a San Jose, CA-based direct-to-consumer housing company that has built a platform to transform the process of finding, designing, purchasing, and living in a home tailored to each resident's lifestyle and financial situation. The company was co-founded by Bjarke Ingels, Roni Bahar, and Nick Chim. Nabr's first development, SoFA One, is coming soon to Silicon Valley and will consist of 140 units. The company acquired three development sites in Downtown San Jose's SoFA District that together will feature 500 for-sale residential units, including SoFA One, SoFA Two, and SoFA Three. Nabr currently has nearly 4,000 people on its Silicon Valley waitlist.
