NapTapGo operates capsule-style pod hotels designed for transit and solo travellers, offering short-stay and affordable lodging options. The startup runs three properties in Noida, Amritsar and Katra, with over 130 pods and more than 10,000 guests served to date. Founded by Nitin Malhotra (Founder & CEO) and Himanshu Shukla (Co-Founder & VP Operations), the company maintains in-house operations to ensure a consistent guest experience as it scales. NapTapGo plans to expand using a mix of company-owned properties and co-invested franchise units through a capital-efficient co-investment model with local partners. It has also signed an MoU with HPCL to explore pod hotels at highway transit points and was featured on Shark Tank India.
