Neeve is a San Francisco-based provider of a cloud platform-as-a-service for smart buildings and spaces. Its edge and cloud technology integrates with both new and existing operations technology (OT) networks and serves owners, occupiers, operators, and integrators. The platform is currently deployed in over 650 buildings globally. Led by CEO Nitesh Trikha, the company spun out from View Inc.’s Smart Building Cloud and now operates separately from View Smart Windows. Neeve raised $15M in a funding round led by Cantor Fitzgerald and RXR to support global expansion, accelerate sustainability initiatives, and enhance cybersecurity measures. The company plans to use the capital to scale deployments and bolster security across its edge and cloud offerings.
