Founded in 2022, Nelson provides a modular software stack for fleet electrification including electrification planning, charging infrastructure management, total cost of ownership calculation and charge piloting. The platform ingests trajectories, fuel and charging sessions to build simulations and digital twins that compare electrification trajectories and infrastructure policies. Nelson reports commercial traction with around fifty clients and says it pilots roughly 50,000 vehicles across thermal and electric fleets, and that its revenue tripled in 2025 (no absolute figures disclosed). The team is compact (reported between 11 and 50 employees) and was co-founded by Alfred Richard (CEO), Inès Multrier and Octave Locqueville (co-CTOs) and Julien Bou Abboud (COO). The company targets scaling commercially in France and Europe and aims to manage 100,000 electrified vehicles by 2030. Nelson emphasizes a vendor-neutral position: it does not sell vehicles or chargers but offers decision orchestration between manufacturers, lessors and charging providers.
