NEOBRAIN
46 rue de Douai, Paris, Ile-de-France, 75009, France
Overview
Neobrain provides an AI-driven skills management platform that scours several million job boards across roughly 50 countries to compile data and generate job market trends. The product gives clients a clearer view of the war-for-talent and enables personalised internal monitoring to identify employees suitable for training or new roles. Customers cited in the article include BOSCH, Natixis, Edenred, Apfa, Sage and Promod. The company says the new funding will be used to fuel aggressive international expansion and further refine its technology. Since 2019 Neobrain reports a tripling of turnover and headcount growth from 15 to 80 employees. Since mid-2020 Neobrain has raised a total of €23 million. Neobrain, founded in 2014, offers an AI-driven HR platform that anticipates and facilitates strategic HR decisions to support employee engagement, internal mobility, and skills alignment. Its technology is designed to limit the impact of job transformation on employees during restructuring and crisis. The company has grown to a team of 24 people with offices in Paris and Lisbon, and reports nearly 60,000 monthly active users and a 50% increase in monthly growth since the start of the COVID-19 crisis. With the new funding, Neobrain plans to expand internationally and roughly triple its workforce by recruiting about 40 people by the end of the year. It will also broaden its job-market analysis from 50 countries (representing 54 million job offers) to 100 countries to strengthen its predictions on the evolution of jobs and skills.
