Neodata Group, founded in 2004 by CEO Giovanni Giuffrida, provides ad-serving solutions for dealers and online publishers from offices in Milan and Catania. Its flagship product, ad.agio, is used by major Italian publishers including Mediaset, La Repubblica, Seat Pagine Gialle, Tiscali and Sipra. The company offers adserving for web TVs, mobile domains and iApplications. Neodata plans to use the €2.5m funding from Principia SGR to strengthen its position in Italy and to expand in the United States. It has established a U.S. subsidiary and opened an office in Los Angeles, which it expects to staff with about ten people by the end of 2012. The company also plans to significantly expand its staff in coming years.
