Founded in 2024 by Dhananjay Yadav and Aryan Yadav, NeoSapien is developing Neo 1, an AI-native wearable positioned as a “second brain” for users. The device continuously captures and processes real-time conversations in more than 100 languages, creating persistent memory and surfacing context-aware insights without requiring constant user input. Beyond the hardware, the company is building NeoCore, an SDK and intelligence layer intended to power AI assistants across glasses, pendants, watches, and rings. NeoSapien’s vision is to establish the operating-system layer for future personal AI devices, blending adaptive intelligence with human intuition. The startup plans to use its newly raised capital to accelerate product development, expand its team, and boost market visibility. To date, NeoSapien has secured approximately $2.1 million in funding, including a $92.4K pre-seed round raised earlier from Namita Thapar and other investors.
