Led by founder, president and CEO Michael Tinsley, the company offers a mix of software and services for back-office needs. The company is based in Tysons Corner, Virginia. NeoSystems secured $15m in funding led by OFS Capital. In conjunction with the investment, OFS managing director Peter Rothschild joined NeoSystems' board of directors. The company intends to use the funds to further strengthen and expand its software and service lines.
