Neotrip develops an AI infrastructure layer for the hotel industry that bundles conversational agents, reservation engines and marketing tools tailored to each property. The platform uses third-party large language models (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT) as conversational backbones while routing interactions to optimize cost and building proprietary tooling to structure and secure hotel data. Founded by Gustavo Meira and Pedro Henrique Santos and launched in March 2026, the company currently has a 12-person team and plans to grow to at least 25 employees this year. Neotrip is running pilot deployments with hotel chains and expects to have over 100 hotels and paying customers by year-end. The startup plans a B2C travel-planning app for iOS and Android in the second half of the year and aims to expand across Latin America with a follow-on funding round planned for 2027. It is also preparing to open an office in Faria Lima, São Paulo, in May.
