Founded in 2025, Nepsis targets the 70 % of French SMEs and mid-caps that struggle to fund decarbonisation initiatives because of lengthy financing cycles and complex procedures. Its digital platform connects companies with banks and specialised installers, providing end-to-end support from project structuring and contract creation to financing. A real-time scoring engine allows Nepsis to issue tailored offers in under five minutes, enabling clients to launch projects without straining cash flow or borrowing capacity. Six months after launch the company had already logged €80 million in submitted projects from 150 industrial customers, a figure that has since grown to €100 million, of which €20 million is slated for financing by end-2025. Nepsis currently works with 25 installer partners (including Hellio, Auraliance and SPVE) and financiers such as Lita, Crédit Coopératif and La Nef. With the fresh capital it plans to hire across tech, data and project management, automate processing of several hundred files and complete deployment of its AI-powered scoring tool. By the end of 2026, the company aims to finance €100 million worth of projects for 250 enterprises through a network of about 30 installers, while forecasting 2025 revenue of €250 000.
