Netifi is building a platform for reactive microservices and cloud-native applications based on RSocket open source technology. The platform provides infrastructure intended to simplify the development and deployment of microservices and cloud-native apps; RSocket is being developed by a core team that includes Netifi alongside contributors from Netflix, Facebook and Pivotal Software. Netifi was incubated by The Alchemist Accelerator and is led by founder and CEO Robert Roeser. The company plans to introduce a free community version based on RSocket and, in the coming months, an enterprise edition with additional features for developing and deploying microservices. The platform will be deployable on cloud, on-premises, or hybrid configurations. Netifi secured $2M in seed funding led by Dell Technologies Capital.
