netLex provides a CLM platform used to create documents, record negotiations, manage signatures and monitor contractual clauses via a customer-facing dashboard. Its clients include large corporates such as Ambev, Samsung, iFood and Localiza, which together account for about 70% of revenue; the remaining 30% comes from mid-market companies. The company began operations in 2014, pivoted to a more integrated service model in 2018 and reached breakeven after that change. netLex reports users in more than 40 countries and currently earns about 10% of revenue from abroad, targeting 40% international revenue by 2027. Management plans to use new capital to build dedicated teams in Latin America (Colombia, Chile, Mexico, Argentina) and expand into Europe, while accelerating product development and greater use of AI to enable nonlegal teams to act with more autonomy. Growth has been above 50% in recent years, with netLex forecasting 80% growth in 2024 and 90% in 2025.
