Netly is a developer and wholesaler that designs, builds and operates city-wide, open-access fiber-optic systems intended for use by multiple service providers. The company constructs “ready-for-light” fiber networks built to accommodate current and future fiber uses and to be shared by local and national providers. Netly has begun development in Solana Beach, CA with plans to expand to surrounding North County San Diego communities; the initial build will pass approximately 7,000 residential and business addresses. Construction on the initial system was scheduled to commence in early 2020 and the project is supported by a long-term contract with an anchor tenant.
